    On 12/7/23, we ordered and paid in advance for 3 graphic trade show backdrops for $1190 that was to be delivered no later than 1/9/24. After the order, we received no responses on status of the deadline. We are now past the event and still no communication. ***************** has taken our money for a new order and ALL COMMUNICATION has stopped. She is not responding to calls, texts or messages. Her phone is no longer taking calls. She called plenty to get the order and our money, then ghosted us.

    My complaint with BrandURMerch is that I ordered with them May 17, 2023. A total of $3,302.25. We provided our own art work in the correct vector form to make the process easier and quicker. We sent them our mock-up design on June 12, 2023. They promote contact within 1-2 business days to get the mock-up approved then production would start. A screenshot of their website has also been attached to show their promise to customers as a fast turn around ***** business days after mock- up approval. After sometime went by I continued to reach out to **** with no communication back. After sending numerous calls, texts, and emails. Even going to her social media to get her attention. She finally contacted me on July 19, 2023. She said she wanted to rectify the situation that she would put a rush on my merchandise. We approved the mock-up on July 19, 2023. It is now August 10, 2023. I have yet to hear from her. I have continued to reach out to her with a huge disappointment of feeling like she is stealing from me. I have expressed, I want my merchandise most importantly. If she can no longer provide her promise to us as a customer then I would need to seek a full refund. I have expressed this to her in many texts, emails, and voicemails. She still will not call me. However, I know for a fact she will return a "new" customers call which makes me worry even more. I would like **** to send my complete order ASAP or just give me a full refund so I can move on. It has taken too much of my time and worry dealing with such an unprofessional company.

    On June 31st 2023 I paid brandurmerch,LLC $1,624.41 for a package #2 which included a branded tent, back wall, frame, 6ft table cloth and a vectorized logo. They have failed to respond to my text messages, emails and messages via different social media's. I noticed other consumers also had similar complaints after I was digging deeper. They have completely stopped responding and have Not refunded my money as I requested via a text message. I don't know if they are now scamming consumers. Their email sent to me claims their timeline of "What you can expect:Mock-ups in 1-2 business days Production ***** days after art approvals"False advertising. Includes:(1) Dye-Sub Custom Print Canopy (1) Aluminum Frame (Hex leg thickness: 1.8mm)(1) Black Nylon Bag (1) Full Custom 6 Ft. Table Throw (1) 10 Ft. Backwall Single/Double Sided
