      Konami Moving Service, specifically ***, has provided absolutely zero customer service since June 2021 when I was connected with them by MoveSafeVanLines for my cross country move. 1) They sent one person to perform the "full service" packing & loading with an outdated contract resulting in ME providing half of the services (transporting furniture, boxes & other items to and into the truck). I fell twice while assisting. 2) Over two months I received ZERO contact on where my items were being stored or when there would be departure/arrival date. I have recorded 31 phone calls, two text messages & two emails.3) Items arrived August 25, 2021, 45 days after initial pick up, 15 business days late.4) I was given less than 24 hour notice of arrival and then threaten to have my stuff put into storage if I was not able to receive when the driver arrived. 5) Forced to pay $325 "long distance + stair" fee even though my stuff was 15 business days late.6) Broken bed frame, broken dresser knobs/pulls, broken flat screen TV, broken standing lamp. Missing couch cushion, missing bed parts, missing chair, missing boxes containing clothing, kitchen utensils, ******* wedding flutes. Damaged ************************* March 11, 2022, all of the above valued on "weight" and not actual "value" resulting in $156.85 claim check that has yet to be received four months after dispute claim was closed and refunded granted to be paid.8) Since March, four emails and two phone calls and still no communication from Konami or *** regarding my claim check.9) After $8354.36 paid I inquired for a reimbursement of half the cost of services for the "manual labor work" I performed for a "full service moving job". I was told, "no that's not what they do" by ***. I want to be reimbursed for the services I did not receive: full service packing and moving as well as the value of my broken and missing items.I also want anyone who is looking into a moving company, DO NOT USE Konami

      Last year, I sold my home and Konami was the mover. They overcharged me by four thousand and then refused to unload my furniture at my home unless I paid an additional $3,000. I refused. They dumped my furniture in a parking lot 8 miles from my home. I got my furniture and filed a complaint for the damaged and missing items. In January of 2022, I signed a settlement letter, but they have still not made payment. I have called repeatedly, but they always say I'm on the list or they will let accounting know, but no one from the company has ever returned my calls to give me any information.
