    I ordered a gift card crate and it skipped over the card to say who sent it. I immediately sent a total of 5 emails to correct this and called( held on over 40 min). Never received any communication. So a month later, when the gift arrives. it says "love ***** and ****". (should have said *** and ****). I spent $150 for a gift card, to make it fun, and it was ill-received. It sounded like a *** scheme. Will never use them again

    This is a poor attempt at getting rid of horrible jerky products and getting at least some money for it. All the jerky in the case I received as a gift was absolutely disgusting,I truly believe if jerky needs to be refrigerated after opening it isn't jerky it's pumped full of preservatives and not cooked or dried at all. That is the case with this jerky in this crate. I had to wash the stickiness off my hands after trying it,Why??

    I ordered almost $600 worth of gifts, on December 12, because they were promised to be delivered before Christmas. Half of my order didnt come until December 27. So pretty much fd up Christmas for us. The other thing, their gin kit is so cheap in quality, definitely not in price at $65, the personalized inscription on the glasses are actually just stickers (that you have to stick on yourself, lol). I cannot wait for them to fall off after the first washing. lol. Really disappointed.

    If I could give zero stars for Man Crates, I would. I ordered an impossible puzzle box for my nephew's birthday that included a $50 gift card that he could redeem with different retailers. He finally tried to use it only to find out that it had been redeemed, which was not true. Man Crates told us that it was redeemed with Amazon, which Amazon told us wasn't true. They wouldn't reinstate the redemption code and now my nephew can't even redeem his birthday gift. A birthday gift that I PAID for. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. IT'S A TOTAL WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

    I am so totally impressed by my customer service so far. There was a shipping issue. ***** is not reliable and ManCrates are going to work with them. They immediately refunded me the shipping for my trouble. Were totally apologetic and immediately responsive.

    Like many others, I ordered with a long lead time for a specific date (birthday). The day came, no shipping notice, no e-mail. Contacted customer support and received a long reply blaming their 3rd party logistics operator instead of owning the issue themselves. Offered to refund the shipping, I was insulted by the lack of effort and still needed a birthday gift. Requested a refund under their 100% satisfaction guarantee which was accepted with a story about needing to scan the box before the refund could go thru. Then they replied again saying their 3pl couldn't redirect the delivery and that the recipient would need to send it back for the refund. Basically customer service is there to run you in circles till you give up. Won't make this mistake again, not with this company or anyone they are associated with.

    Paid super high delivery shipping cost to get it within 7 days and they still couldn't deliver. BAD business. Multiple texts and emails PROMISED delivery and they FAILED

    My husband loved his personalized glasses. The duct tape wrapping option was amazing too. He cut it with a razor blade and kept the box. I contacted them and they got back to me right away. I will be buying from them again. Happy to support such a wonderful company.
