    I made contact with ****, the manager at Field's Piano in *********, **. Over the phone and via email, we came to an agreement that I was to sell my K.Kawaii GS-30, 6'1" piano to Field's for $2,000.00. **** said the piano movers would give me a check upon their scheduled arrival to my home on Wednesday, April 10th, 2024. The piano movers arrived without the $2,000.00 check. **** said to let them take my piano, and he said, "I will send the check to you in the mail". My husband and I thought this was very suspicious. ****** the piano mover was on the speaker phone call with me and heard every word. I asked **** to have either himself or one of the employees to deliver my $2,000.00 check personally, and then the piano movers could take my piano. **** replied "we are short staffed". Arrangements were made for the piano movers to come today, Thursday, April 11th, 2024 with my $2,000.00 check. Instead, last evening, **** telephoned me and said that the sale was off because he thought my piano was a ****** and not a K.Kawaii. I have documentation that I emailed him photos of my piano, and he was AWARE of my piano's manufacturer and it's excellent condition. I am requesting that the BBB get involved to have Field's Piano pay me $2,000.00 for my piano. I have the signed agreement to the sale of my piano in my possession.
