    On August 16th, 2024 we had a technician from *****'s Pest come out to our property on ******************************************************************. There was a dead animal smell in the bedroom and we thought there might be a dead animal underneath the house. I spoke to a customer service associate from Corky's Pest the day prior and she told me there would be a $250 charge for the carcass removal service. She said she needed a debit card on file before the technician would come out the next day. I gave her my debit card information, assuming my card would be charged after the service of removing the carcass was successfully performed. Once the technician came out the next day he went underneath the house and didn't see a dead animal where we suspected one to be. The technician left, no service was rendered and no solution to our problem was offered. When I checked my bank account later that day I found a $250 charge on my card for the carcass removal even though there was no carcass removed and no service was performed.Attached are the technicians notes which clearly state there was no animal found, as well as the receipt with a $150 charge for the dead animal removal, there was no dead animal removed, and a $100 specialty charge, which I do not know what this is for since the company didn't inform us. We have spoken to customer care multiple times with no solution. We requested to speak with a supervisor, no success. The company blocks all our attempts to come to a resolution.We request a refund since no service was rendered.

    The company is saying that we owe them $220.00 We paid the initial amount when team first came out. No one has come to our home since the initial service dates which were already paid. We have attempted multiple times to call the company and we can't reach anyone. We request to terminate our account with ********************** since we cannot reach them and have not received any services for which they are billing.261713 is our account number.

    *****'s is supposed to come out to my home every 6 weeks for pest control service and there is a monthly charge of $62. However, they either do not show up at all or try to delay it as much as possible. In 2023, they did not show up for over two months yet still charged me every month without fail. Last time they were at my home was Nov 20th and when I called on Jan 24th to confirm when they are coming back again they told me it won't be till Feb 12th, which is way more than 6 weeks. As I was in a conference, I had to call them back. When I called back to cancel on 1/29, they said no problem and they refund will take few days to process. Since then, I have called 3x and they either said they are working on it or they just hang up on me. The last person I spoke to said that since I cancelled after the billing date, which was 1/24, they are REFUSING to refund me, even thought I DID NOT receive the service. This company is a complete fraud as my other friends who also use them are experiencing the same issue. I am requesting to a full refund of the overcharged amount for a service that I did not nor will I receive!
