- For portrait sessions, a full refund of your retainer will be issued if you cancel your appointment within 72 hours of your initial payment. After that period of time, your retainer is non-refundable. However, you can reschedule your appointment ONE time without penalty subject to studio's availability. In the event that the studio is not available on the rescheduled date your retainer will not be refunded. Please confirm the date of your event before you pay your retainer.
