They had my car towed from my community because I forgot it over nigh with out issuing a warning first or anything. They certainly have a deal with the local towing company where they likely get a cut of the profit. They people are crooks and racketeers.

We certainly do not have any "deal" with any towing vendor. The tow vendor is a completely separate vendor which is completely up to your community to choose. We only follow the specific approved cite and tow policy set and approved by your community. We are always happy to investigate your situation; however, you did not provide any details about your community, your vehicle, or the time and date.

Absolutely unreasonable and disgusting security service. Instead of providing safe environment in our community all they focus on is to track vehicles without parking permits and tow it as quickly as possible. My car was on guest list for 4 weeks, agents know it belongs to the resident. But on the day it expired - it was towed right away within matter of hours. Im sure they have an agreement with tow yards and share the profit of tows. Dont tell me bla bla bla you formally violated the rules. You are here to secure our community and be pro-resident, not anti-resident. Ill do my due diligence on uncovering your anti-trust deals with tow yards. Shame on you, Patrol one

Vlad,Based on your comments, it doesn't appear you are familiar with the contract we have in place with your Association. You are admitting the fact you were aware and in violation of your community's parking rules when your vehicle was towed according to the policies of your Association. You also state you don't need to be reminded of your community's rules or the fact you have been in violation. We appreciate your "due diligence" and efforts to become better educated on our directives and how parking enforcement works in your community. We are hoping there will be no further need to take towing action on your vehicles in the future and you will stay in compliance of your parking rules.

The worst company *** ever dealt with in terms of customer service.I sent emails for over a week asking for basic information about parking permits and followed up three times with no response. When I finally called, I waited ******************************************************************************* as though I were a burden rather than a homeowner seeking help. They even admitted, We have more than 500 emails, and we cant answer you anytime soon.If your business treats customers like this and is too overwhelmed to respond, something is clearly broken in your operations.I strongly advise against any HOA or community hiring this company for parking management services.

****,December is by far the busiest month of the year for our permit ***** as we have over ***** communities renewing their parking programs as of January 1st. This does put a substantial strain on the **** 6 weeks of the year., so wait times are substantially longer during this period. We apologize for this temporary situation. Please understand that the majority of applications come to us incomplete and missing required documentation, which causes more delays. Not to mention applicant calls and questions. Because of the specific and extremely complicated training process and knowledge requirement, it is extremely difficult to train up (3-6 months) and find temporary help for this very short time. This being the case, we certainly do make appropriate accommodations for those waiting with pending applications. We are happy to look into your situation, however, you did not include any details about your situation.

Judging by the 1 stars and comments from everyone else on here I am not surprised at all by my experience. Seems like this company tries super hard to be defensive in response to everyones comments because they realize what they are doing is wrong and trying to justify it to make themselves feel better. First and foremost this company is full of idiots and incompetent people and wannabe cops. Ill start with trying to call and speak to someone, half the time it sounds like the kids who answer the phone dont know anything or cant provide any information and seem stoned half the time. Unfortunately my HOA contracts with this scam company to enforce the parking rules. It is clear as day that this company is 110% receiving kick backs from the *** companies for towing vehicles. This company loves to tow residents vehicles and the only reason someone would want to tow someones vehicle from their home is because they are receiving a kickback. This company does not implement any common sense. It clearly shows from the leadership and trickles down, the manager in particular ******** is extremely incompetent and her only response to a concern is a company and policy answer rather than a concerned human being. Its like she is a robot. This company also illegally towed my vehicle and I do have evidence that I will provide during civil litigation and not to the company itself to investigate as it will do me absolutely no good. The company will claim I also threatened their employees when I simply advised them I am a resident, info about my vehicle and to stay away from my property or I will legally defend myself. That being said, this company bottom line is a scam. Patrol-One I dont care about any response you have to provide to me and I could care less. I have also consulted the local sheriff who advised their legal authority to tow is also questionable on our property. That being said, ALL RESIDENTS STAND UP AGAINST THIS COMPANY! We cant allow this anymore

****,it appears that your submission is only a rant because your vehicle was towed for being in violation of your community's parking rules. You have not brought any solid facts or specific incidents we can actually investigate and/or look into for you. Your baseless accusations have no real substance, and you state "I don't care about any response you have". Proving that you have any real justification for anything you have stated other than just being mad you left your vehicle in violation, and it was towed. We are confident in our actions and will be well prepared should we need to represent ourselves and the Association in court.

Absolutely the worst company. Does not even deserve the 1 star review. Got a bunch of incompetent people working here thinking theyre doing a fine job. Patrol-One and my ******************** are working together to scam people.I got a new car more than a month ago and told them to change out my outside permit vehicle the day I got it. Tried to follow up with both **************** but kept getting the run around saying they didnt get the email but I was getting email replies from ******** at Patrol-One for additional information. These ppl lacks communication skills and do not follow up with you. I followed up more than enough times with them, and was just told that Im in cue and either guest list my car or park it on the street. So what do you people do? Because our mailboxes have gotten broken into twice since you became the patrol for the place!!! I come home to get ready for work at 5am & they tow my car at 6am, really?? I cant even come home early? LOL. **** ******** at Patrol-One and ******** ****** at ************** kept pointing fingers at each other to take the blame, saying I shouldve known to not park in the complex. What a complete JOKE. WE OWN THIS HOME and have lived here before you guys even became the ********************* company. Weve never missed any HOA payments, never complain, so show some respect to the people giving you your job security. I do not recommend this company to any person or business. Bunch of incompetent people making peoples lives difficult. The person replying to these reviews is most likely **** ********, who oversees operations and sales. The President is the father, **** ********. You can tell from the lack of sincerity from **** in these replies because thats the same way he was talking to me in email. How this company even lasted this long is beyond ******* to Patrol-One to the Board:**************************************************

*****,As you mentioned, I immediately responded to you and your concern when I heard about your situation. As we discussed, several times you submitted an incomplete application that did not meet the requirements of your Association, so our team was unable to process your request. That is why, as you mentioned, our staff kept reaching out to you for more information. Once you finally did provide the necessary documents yesterday, your application was processed that same day. During the time you were applying, although you were completely aware of your community's parking rules requiring a permit or safelist, and you knew we had not approved your permit application, you chose to park in violation without a variance. That is when we followed our current contract and Board directions to cite and tow your vehicle. There was never any figure pointing. The responsibility to provide a valid application with the proper criteria being met has always fallen on the resident. The additional responsibility to follow the community's parking rules is also on behalf of the resident.

Extremely incompetent and unprofessional security minion was parked in the handicapped spot at our community pool and refused to move her Corolla when I verified that she wasnt handicapped. Its on video and will be shared.

Your review lacks key details such as the location, date, time of the incident, and information about the vehicle involved, which are essential for further investigation. Additionally, you mentioned incompetence without providing specific examples or details. As it stands, the review comes across more as a rant rather than constructive feedback.

This company is the worst Ive ever dealt with. They will have your car towed without giving citations. The drivers they have working for them lie. I have a bad HOA company as well. They dont care about the residents and side with this company. Im supposed to have two citations before a tow. I received one citation and the next night my daughters rental car was towed. She was just in an accident and her car was totaled, so since I knew I only have so many safelists and wasnt sure how long she would need the rental I decided to get the two and then safelist. I know it was risky but it shouldnt have been. Either you have rules and follow them or you dont. I have been a resident of my area many years and this have never happened before. The driver lied and said he had given two citations but he only left one in the windshield. Oh yeah and he put a citation in the windshield the night he had it towed! What an insensitive person. It cost me $450 to get the car back. Not acceptable at all. It feels like being found guilty of something that you know didnt happen and no one believes you. Patrol One is siding with the driver and my HOA company is siding with Patrol One. The car was towed and it shouldnt have been. No one wants to give me my money back even though it was their mistake. Not even some of it. Do not deal with them! One female customer service rep is very rude. Beware. Just look at their reviews online. Not good at all!Negative stars if it was possible!

It appears you are not disputing that you were in violation of your community's parking rules when you were towed. You also acknowledged receiving at least one warning on a different day for a similar violation. Furthermore, you mentioned that you have lived there for a long time and are well aware of the community's overnight parking requirements, and you have used the safelisting process in the past. We understand that you claim you did not receive additional warnings; however, there is no legal way for either side to prove whether you did or did not. The undisputed facts are that you knew the rules and the safelisting process, you received a courtesy warning, and you admit to breaking the rules on multiple occasions.

Unfortunately, this joke of a company patrols our gated community. One of their "security officer" threatened me after I took a picture of his Patrol One car. I took a photo because I wanted to complain to the company the next day because he was already rude to me. When I called the company the next day, one of the bosses said he could not reveal the name of this security officer and that he could not change his assignment just because one of the residents complained about him. What a piece of work they have! Arent they security officers to essentially protect people? This company does not even deserve one star. It deserves -5 stars! I have reported this company to the licensing board. People, please do the same. This company does not need to operate anymore.

All complaints regarding our officers or services are thoroughly investigated. Interviews are conducted, and the results are documented in the employee files. We ensure that all personal information of our employees is protected for their privacy and safety. It seems you may not be familiar with the very limited terms of our contract with your community. Our contract does not include the responsibility of protecting individuals.

However, since you haven't provided any specific details or examples of your experience, our team lacks the necessary information to offer a suitable response. It's important to note that Patrol One has no affiliation whatsoever with any towing vendors. Furthermore, we proudly offer a $10,000.00 reward to individuals who furnish evidence leading to the conviction of any illegal collusion-related crimes.

The allegations outlined below by others appear to be substantiated. For instance, our vehicle, registered two months prior and with a valid Digital ID on the company's website, was inexplicably towed on an early Sunday morning. During weekends and after-hours, towing services impose a gate fee; in this instance, $135 was charged. In total, $480 was paid to retrieve the vehicle, which had been legitimately registered with our *********************** (HOA) via the company's system. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, no clear explanation was provided. Today, a citation was issued between 11:30 and 11:40 AM without any prior notification or justification, Despite notifying the company multiple times on the same day, it is incongruous to pay $480 at 11:00 AM, attempt multiple communications with the company, and then receive a citation within that day's timeframe.

We are very responsive and always happy to research any situation where Patrol One has taken enforcement actions on a vehicle. If you provide the vehicle's plate number, I would be more than happy to explain the whole story as to why your vehicle was towed, based on the Board approved directives we follow from the Assocation you were towed from. In regards to the towing fees, those fees are highly regulated and enforced by local law enforcement. Patrol One plays no part in deciding or collecting of those fees, nor are any of those fees distributed to Patrol One in any way. We look forward to receiving your details and getting back to you with our findings.
