If I could give 0 stars, I would. My son and I went to Sick New World the other day in *********. At the end of the night, I had a medical issue that made me temporarily lose my vision, equilibrium, and make me feel like I was going to faint. It isnt a big deal, but I literally cannot do anything when it happens. My autistic son was trying to help me get back to normal and functioning, and when nearly a dozen different people told ** to get out, he didnt know how to explain. I told them I had a medical issue, and they said it wasnt their problem. Literally said, Thats not my problem. We were not in the way. There were still people sitting and walking around, and NO ONE WAS DOING ANYTHING WRONG. The trash had even been cleared from where we were, so that wasnt even an issue. I cannot believe Sick New World or anyone would use these puffed up psychos. The SECOND the show was over, they started cussing and berating people to leave. They were jumping over the guardrails, and telling people to, Go the f*** home!. Not just saying, but telling ** to go f***ing home now. They hire from the very bottom of the barrel, and I know to never go to the **************************, or any venue again if theyre working. Seriously, THEY NEED TRAINING BEFORE UNLEASHING THEM, WITH THE TINIEST BIT OF AUTHORITY, ON A GIANT CROWD OF PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY WHEN SPECIAL NEEDS AND DISABILITIES ARE INVOLVED. Horrible company. Everyone at SNW were complaining about them in the end. Theres a ton of people online, especially Reddit saying similar things. I hope they all write reviews anywhere they can. Im sure all their employees that are incentivized to write good reviews are proud of themselves. When the company actually responds to bad reviews, they always seem to mention that the bad ones are obviously the exception. Absolutely loathsome. There was one nice man, named ****, that asked if I needed anything or wanted to sit down by the fans. Thanks ********* <3
