    This Company Is Harassing me Via Phone With all Different Extensions Of Their Number doing One Ring And Hanging Up Relentlessly at least 10 times a day I have already blocked over 40 of their extensions, the ************ is a dummy number and cannot be blocked. Once I had gotten through to an agent they said it is a chatgpt source. This has been going on for several months, not one day goes by without these robocalls. ************************************************************************************************************************************, these are just some of the recent numbers that do this, all robocall. This is becoming really upsettting and i am not sure how to stop it. I have already blocked and reported it seams to not matter. I feel I am being targeted, I have never dealt any business with this company it is as if someone gave my information to them.

    01/15/2025 I have been contacted by this company for several months and today they called me again and said that this is a Legal Matter and they are trying to negotiate. She had my social security number and a 20 year old account that I closed a long time ago. She said that your case is with our attorney, I immediately asked them for the name of the attorney and she refused to give it to me and said "I am talking" after several times, she gave me a name of my attorney that I have used in the past for other legal case. Once she knew that I knew that they are trying to pull a scam, she immediately hung up on me. I called the number and she answered the phone, her name was ***** and she said that she can't understand Spanish even though I was speaking in English. She hung up on me and then I called again and a different lady answered the phone and I asked her that what do they do and she said that they provide ****************** and Mediation before the matter goes to trial. I told her that I am on NO CALL LIST and they need to stop contacting me since I have no Legal Matter.Please make sure that these people don't scam other people.

    I requested to try to call somebody from this company. I've called 3 business numbers. Nobody comes to the phone. This company is a scan. I paid over a $1000 within 2 years. And I've got my refund I wanted to discontinue services from them. Nobody answers the phone I wish I could get my money back. This is not a legitimate business.

    On Friday, May 26, 2023? I spoke to Navient ************* to apply for the Loan Forgiveness Program *** to consolidate loans and was transferred to the department to consolidated and to apply for the Loan Forgiveness Program.The person I spoke to ***** tel:************ said thats his personal cell can be reached 7 a.m. -5 p.m. he took all my pertinent information and gave me a code for FSA ****** and said heres my password student10!!!!He said h*** send it over to the *********************** *********** U.S. ********** of **************** said I must make 6 payments on time at the end of each month) $166.70.***** said hes transferring me to Apex Processing Center and h*** have me speak with ****** at ************ to set up payments and to collect my 1st payment. Payments they withdrew from my debit cash app account 1st Payment May 26, 2023 $166.17, June 30 - July 31 - August 31, 2023. Total of $664.86.Each month a Text would come on my cell from e.g. ************ stating upcoming payment due to Apex of $166.17 I contacted Navient and ****** and ****** on 1/25/2024 to find out how much taxes I paid on my 1098-E form and thats how I found out the student loan payment was never received.Will someone please assist me. I was being Scammed by Apex Processing Center.

    The called me said I qualify for student loan forgive because of my income, that I only had to make a total payment of ****** in the period of 6 month that this were programs made by the time of *****. So I made payment for 4 month untill I reliazed they lied to me and I have try to contact them and it is been impossible

    I was promised by Apex that they would help with my student loan consolidation and reduce my student loan payment to $480/ month. The representatives name was **** ** and he had me pay $1200.00 for this service. He set up for a monthly payment of $200 that started in November 2022 through April 2023. I had not heard anything from this company after my last payment to them in April. I left messages and emails and just got the run around that this person or that person was handling my account. I finally started to contact my student loan lenders my self and was informed that I could file a complaint and they gave me the information. I filed the complaint in June2023. I received a call from a ******* from Apex, he said he was a manager. He said he was calling about a complaint that I sent in and wanted to see what he could do yo resolve it. He assures me they have been working on my account and he was looking at my information. He told me my monthly payment was going to be very little and maybe even $0/month. He assured me that he would go over my payments personally and call me back in a week. He said I would be getting an email about the complaint and to let them know he took care of everything. I never heard from *******. He has not returned calls or messages. I think this company is a fraud and I would like them to return my $1200.00 since they have not provided any services that they promised. When I called my lenders, I discovered my student loans had not been consolidated and the payment plan was not established as I was promised. I think the no return of calls speaks clear that I was scammed and they had no intentions of providing this service. I did file another complaint and received a message this week that they are still waiting on the company to respond and their response is now late. I would like to be contacted back regarding this matter. I want Apex Processing to refund the $1200.00 and to not have access to any of my information.

    APEX PROCESSING CENTER/ ACADEMY LOAN SERVICES CONTACTED ME AND REPRESENTED THEMSELVES REGARDING STUDENT LOAN FORGIVENESS. IT WAS A VERY HIGH PRESSURE PHONE CALL AND UNFORTUNATELY I FELL FOR IT. THEY SAID AFTER 4 $200 PAYMENTS i WOULD BE LOAN FREE. i GAVE THESE PEOPLE ALL MY INFORMATION INCLUDING BANK AND SSN. I HAVE CONTACTED MY BANK AND CANCELLED MY DEBIT CARD. I WILL ALSO CALL NAVIENT WHO IS MY CURRENT STUDENT LOAN COMPANY. I HAVE ALSO CONTACTED THIS COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE. I SIMPLY WANT TO BE FREE OF THIS COMPANY.

    I trusted them to help me with my student loans but they have not and I can not get ahold of this company to get my money back. I have tried to call and email them. They did not say they were a 3rd company, in further investigation they are a scam company.
