    I am ALL VOICE - NO BRAKES, a Voice Over Artist and Licensee at the Lockout Music Studio facility in **********, **. There isn't anything in this review that I haven't already said to Lockout Music Studio staff and management.The facilities could be better with some improvements for licensee(s), instead of more conveniences for Admin. If it makes life easier for management, it seems to happen at the expense of making things more difficult for the artist licensing studio space. I get it. Why make things more difficult for ************ (owner).Lockout Music Studios hire staff that try their best... they really do. But, the staff member hired, may not be the best one for the job. You will find you're better off not asking questions and coming up with solutions to daily challenges, yourself. If you get caught, ask for forgiveness. At least you didn't waste a bunch of time and money chasing management's wrong answers.It really comes down to Lockout Music Studio's lack of manageable solutions for artists and the staff's misplaced, or absent attitude of support for licensee(s) trying to excel in their craft.It's a terrific place to crank your amp to 11. It is not a suitable place to record. If you want to record, I recommend the bedroom you share with your 9-year-old brother. You will have a better shot getting a -60 dbs. Noise Floor to record vocals with your 9-year-old brother. A -60 dbs. Noise Floor to record vocals will never happen at the Lockout Music Studio facility in **********, **. Ever.On the positive side, it's cool being around other creative types. Some have talent, others are trying. Some succeed. Others try until they do. We help each other crush challenges caused by Lockout Music Studio's mismanagement with solutions only an artist would come up with.My Dreams are real and so are the challenges.     I hope this message finds you in good health. I am writing to address a matter of outstanding concern regarding the rental payments I have made to your business. Despite my attempts to resolve this issue amicably, I find myself compelled to inform you of my intent to initiate legal proceedings to recover the funds owed to me.Specifically, I have fulfilled my financial obligations by remitting the rent for the upcoming month as stipulated in our rental agreement. However, to my dismay, your business has failed to honor its commitment to return these funds to me, thereby creating an unresolved financial imbalance.

    This is a homeless shelter not a music studio if you bring any thing of value it will be taken from you. With electric locks on the doors and no windows it's a death trap for poor people
