    I hired this company on April 1, 2024 to set up VOICE search on 5 search platforms such as ****** ***** ******* etc. As well as fixing all online directories with my correct business information such as my current address, phone numbers, hours of operation, etc.I insist on a full refund from the fraudulent company...I spoke with and emailed 3 individuals at that company;************************** All 3 will not respond or reply to my email messages or my phone calls requesting why the services that I paid for are NOT working...No one from that company will respond...I had written that I want a FULL refund of $448.00 no one will reply

    There is nothing erroneous about my formal complaint against Smarter Marketing Concepts/Voice Search Registration as well as a number of other services that they claim to provide. 

    -Why you are rejecting the business' response

    1. I am rejecting the business (Smarter Marketing Concepts), response due to the fact that this is NOT an erroneous complaint, it is very much a real and active complaint. 

    -Mention any additional concerns you would like the business to address

    2. I have received several calls from *********************** of Smarter Marketing Concepts requesting that if I remove the complaint, then Smarter Marketing Concepts will refund my $448.00 that was prepaid on both dates April 1st 2024 as well as April 10th 2024. I stated to *********************** that I do NOT trust anyone at Smarter Marketing Concepts, that once I receive my $448.00, then and ONLY then, I will remove the complaint. 

    -Restate your desired resolution

    3. The ONLY resolution that I will accept,  will be to receive a full refund of my $448.00 that was paid in advance.

    -If applicable, please send any documents that support your rebuttal statement

    4. There are no additional documents to present at this time.

    All services were rendered. We went above and beyond to help him, but he takes his past experiences out on our firm and is making things up that never happened. This case is closed for us.

    *** who represents Smarter Marketing Concepts is unwilling to complete my websites landing page and other items to an industry quality standard.He is now threatening me and my business. He is irrational, disrespectful and a sad disgrace as representative of their company.All that was provided was an ugly 15+ year outdated design with promises of redoing the website. This has been lingering on for months, until recently he states it is to his liking and is definitely not a 20 page site either.Furthermore, it is unethical to buy a domain from under someone during an introduction call and force them to work with you. Same will befriend you until you need him to complete work and even agreed to somewhat realistic expectations.Never was I once provided an invoice for services to back the explanation of his text messages and or a disclaimer he purposely wants to stand by after the fact. He is had zero respect for anyone, he feels he can threaten people to go away. I am not going away. It's a matter of principle and dare you s**** over more people.
