For about 5 years, we had been Actively trying to sell (or give away) our Westgate timeshare! To this end, we tried to vet MULTIPLE companies claiming to be able to helps us exit our timeshare. We even contracted with a company that had a guaranteed buyer (from *****) who would buy our timeshare! After being scammed out of $1,500 for legal services/closing costs, we cut our losses and parted ways when MORE funds were needed for closing! It was with this background/experience that we were understandably SKEPTICAL when SDS texted to meclaiming they could help us EXIT our timeshare! Thankfully, I DID listen and SDS was different! I setup a Free phone consult with ******* *. (Semper Fi????). We contracted with *** on 4/30/25ONE day before ******** transitioned to a Travel Clubwhich gives them even MORE options to tie up timeshare owners!! It was money well spent with ***, ******* and his Team! We Officially EXITED our timeshare with a Warranty Deed giving back our timeshare to WestgateWITHOUT paying the $3,804 maint/taxes/Interest/penalties:) *** does what they claim! I Highly Recommend ******* and his Teamif you REALLY seek to EXIT your timeshare!

We have been trying to get out of ours for a couple of years but always kept due to the high cost and no guarantee to get out. *** was not only able to get us out but did it at a reasonable price. Thank you all for the help in getting us out of our timeshare.SDS Property Services LLC

Cannot thank the staff at *** enough! After getting roped into this horrible timeshare contract with Club Exploria -and not receiving any help from them, or any of my concerns addressed, *** were able to get us out of the mortgage and the timeshare in 8 months.
