      I paid over $80,000 for an education here. Several months ago a professor failed to calculate the entire classes grades correctly. He omitted all homework assignments from the final grade and submitted just our average test scores as the final grade. This went against the school's syllabus for weight grade averages. I have been trying to have the issue remedied from my transcript for over 2 months now. The first several times I was blown off completely by the professor and the Associate **** of Nursing. After escalating it to the ****, I was told again the issue was already fixed when it had actually just been dismissed by the former two employees. I have contacted IT, the associate ****, the registrar, and other countless employees to remedy it and keep being told "it's being worked on." Another student had his transcript corrected within the hour yesterday. I recontacted and was told the assistant **** is "working on it." Still have not seen a remedy. I feel the staff members are neglecting to change my grade as punishment for making known the flaws of the way they initially handled the situation. It is unethical, unacceptable, and grossly negligent the way the school is handling student's transcripts that will follow them throughout their careers and pursuit of further education.

      As of 12:00pm on 9/21/2022, the College ratified this individuals grade and updated all transcripts. We emailed the student to notify of the change.
