    I got my wheelchair back on Friday 04/14/23, and was told he(*****) had replaced the batteries as well as rebuilt the motors. Tried to go to the bank(1/2 mile away) chair was at 20% power before I got there. Had to push my chair home. Happened again on 04/13/23 as well. Tried contacting **************** Monday, got runaround. Tried again today, ****** just kept saying were in *****. I need batteries that are still under warranty Replaced so I dont have to keep pushing my chair home. Dont know why they didnt replace them, but I have arthritis, and it extremely painful to try pushing a 200 lb. chair when you weigh under 120lbs Just want batteries that work. Ive left messages, but either get runaround or ignored. Left message with repairman but he doesnt answer. Cant go to Dr, get food, even go to bank before chair drops to 10% power. Takes hours to get home, and Im in agony because Im pushing my chair home instead of it getting me there. It wont even go up a curb cut. I have to get out, disengage motors, and attempt to push it up the curb cut manually. Takes 3-5 minutes for each curb cut. Please help me get the batteries I was told theyd put in. .

    ****************** received her power  wheelchair yesterday with new batteries installed and tested as well as renewed motors. For the past 4 weeks she had a loaner from our office to use while her chair was in service free of charge due to her asking her insurance to deny us payment. We have done everything we can to satisfy ****************** including multiple attempt to reach her by phone today to explain that her batteries are new and dated as such. She expects a 20+ year old motorized wheelchair to perform as new which is never the case. The chair has been serviced to best possible way. ****************** signed the service ticket that she was satisfied with the repair yesterday. We have yet to receive any compensation for the repair service. ****************** is very abusing when talking to our staff which we do not tolerate. We have not earned any monies from the extensive repair we have done to her chair. Everyone at our office have been friendly and accommodating to her. We have done multiple visits to her home to attend to her service requests. We do not find any problem with her wheelchair at this time. It is running as it should considering its age and the way being used outdoors on the streets and in stores. We are still willing to assist ******************, however, we are unable to continue to service her unless she is willing to reciprocate with respect and acknowledge the efforts and costs that we incurred thus far.
