    - Date of transaction: 12/30/2024. At the time of payment, business owner ****** ******* attempted to covertly upcharge me 100 USD above the originally agreed price of service I paid for, I corrected him, giving him the benefit of the doubt and even tipped. - Total amount paid: $571.73 $495 purchase, $24.75 processor fee, $51.98 tip.- What the business committed to provide me: Window tinting service on all four car windows and rear window. I paid for lifetime warranty with him, with the ceramic tint.- Nature of the dispute: Business owner not only did a poor job of window tinting, but also damaged my car (scratched my driver's side window even though I had recently replaced it) and wrote a profanity word on the rear window that I did not notice until today- February 10th, 2025. I was embarrassed and shocked when I first saw it, so I erased the message without taking a picture; I noticed it in a crowded area at ******** parking lot.- Additionally, he did not apply the requested 15% tint darkness level for all windows.- Whether the business has tried to resolve the problem: I do not want to go back to risk any further damage to my car or any potential harm to myself. The business service and transaction took place at his home garage. - No advertising involved. - It has been over a month, and I was told it would take about a month for the cloudiness of my window tinting to go away. However, it's still there. I'm upset because I spent a lot of money on this service for it to be poorly done and he also damaged my car window and tried to write a hidden message to me. It has caused me a lot of distress and anxiety. Mr. ******* was the only one who had access to the inside of my car without supervision.

    I've never been informed from any of the issues you mentioned. Your car is being in street driving since 2008 I don't know if you recently bought but I can guarantee to you I never did any damage in your car. 
    I don't know if you doing that to just get your money back or take advantage of me. I feel completely embarrassed and unfairly treated since you never came to me to present any of these issues.
    I just now saw the pictures and evidences you submitted and 100% of everything is just water marks. Nothing is permanent you are definitely trying to take advantage of the situation and trying to use this false evidences and allegations against my business simply because you realized you may spent too much for your budget. Everything you have is just water marks, the scratches you showing I dont even believe is permanent since it looks like its on the tint, you never came to me to show in person and Im still here willing to fix anything on the tints. I can guarantee no blade or knife it was used since I tinted your vehicle with computer laser cut (everything under surveillance cameras) and specifically in the interior of the vehicle even less probable and impossible for me to have that scratched. I texted tou today with the intention to fix everything for you (tints, scratches or anything is there because I have the confidence I can fix everything since Im also Glass Repair Certified) even It was not my responsibility because I always take good care of my customers and keep them close me no matter what is the situation. I love what I do and I feel completely harassed and falsely accused on this complaint and I will have everything ready to fight against you in court if its necessary. Again Im here for you if you want to fix everything or if you decide to move forward I will have all the evidences ready as well. Whatever you decide to do. 
    Please submit new pictures under the sun and lets see if it looks like something is damaged because I dont believe it at all.
