    Dear Flipper,

    My aquarium maintenance company purchased this "Flipper Edge Max" from their local authorized distributor "Central Pet Distribution". This was purchased for a new custom glass 60X60X36 aquarium. The flipper magnet was installed according to the instructions utilizing the included stainless steel blades for a glass aquarium. The magnet and blades were used a few times before I noticed extensive scratching from the blades. I have never seen anything like it before after years of using Flipper products on my other systems. I understand a scratch or scratches are possible over time if sand or debris becomes trapped on the pad side. But this was basically a brand new system with scratching everywhere those blades "scraped". These are thin scratches that can be seen when the light penetrates. There is clearly a manufacturer defect in this particular product and I am extremely disappointed.
