    Order placed on 11/17/23 to purchase 2 heated eyelash curlers. Order total was $44.85 paid immediately through PayPal. The website stated orders are addressed within 48 hours and should be received within 7-12 days. By day 13 I had still not received any communication, nor an email to state it shipped so I emailed the company at the only way to contact them on 11/30/23. No response so I emailed again on 12/4/23 with no response. I then attempted to reach the company through their TikTok account through direct message and comments on active postings. No response. I was charged $44.85 and have essentially been ghosted by the company. Others replied to my comment on a TikTok post as well reporting they never received their products either.

    Received wrong order item, did not work, no packing in box,
    contacted company.

    After much delay 2nd order received – correct order,
    2 items, again did not work.

    I phoned company multiple times and left messages attached
    please find – emails and text messages. No response from company.

    Just to confirm over the past several months we have sent B**** ******, a total of 4 new Hot Lashes units based on her complaints. They were tested before shipping and we did not ask from her units she claimed did not work. We just sent her new units. We also sent her accessories like AC Adaptors for No charge and we absorbed all shipping costs to get to her. We have been in business for over 20 years and as you can see, NO complaints from our customers.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I ordered 2 Hot Lash units, received only 1 which didn't work. After I contacted the company I received the correct order of 2 which again one did not work, total of 3 units not 4.  I've tried to contact the company with no response as you can see by all the emails and text documentation plus phone calls.  I am sitting here with 2 defective units and 1 which I am skeptical how long it will work.  I have been a customer for 20 years and never had a problem with this company.  A******** I have reached out to you many times with no response. you and your company where hoping by ignoring me I would stop   I am not a dishonest person and would like to send the defective units and  AC Adapters back for your examination however I do not feel I should have to pay for postage for defective units.. I'd like a refund of $115.22 due to your total disregard of my communication and my time to resolve this issue.
