      On December 5, 2022 I was charged by sol wave water 177.52 & they happen to change their company name to salt water so that this transaction could go through. I had made a promise to pay back in August of 57$ dollars. Every month and to my amount of my past, due with the company I had water services with was completed. However, they broke their promise and charged me the amount above of one 177.52 without my consent, they broke the contract without notifying me and the bookkeeper named Cheryl said the owner told her let’s just charge them off and remove them off of our books. I told her I wanted him to refund that money and continue charging our agreement and she said the owner wouldn’t want to do that since I broke their promise. When I got behind on payments, I told them I agree, however, a new agreement was made, when I promise to pay them back monthly until the total amount was made.

      The total amount of 177.52 was collected by mistake and has since been refunded. As of Decemeber 13th, the money had been returned to the customer. We have gone above and beyond for this customer and did everything we could to not send this customer to collections. We have also (as a show of good faith) waived $50 in bank returned item fees due to problems with payment.

       

      This complaint was taken care of on the 13th of December.
