    I joined Wallstreet.io 1 April 2022 on an annual membership. I extended my membership for a further five years by emailing support. I read the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) before extending my membership but there is no mention of no refunds.
    An Annual membership is $960 and a five year membership is $3997.
    Five months into my five year membership I requested a cancellation and a refund.
    I want a refund of my balance of $3663.92.

    When creating your account you see the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. The Terms and Conditions has a link to the Cancellation Policy, which mentions no refunds. I do not remember when I created my account if the Cancellation Policy mentioned no refunds or not.

    The previous FAQs mention “Are there any contracts? There are no contracts for membership, sign up and cancel anytime. All memberships automatically renew until canceled.” They updated their FAQs mention “Can I upgrade or downgrade antime? Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership anytime, there are no contracts.”. There is no mention in the FAQs that you cannot get a refund. Surely their FAQs should mention this.

    After contacting support multiple times, even getting a response meant for another customer, being told that my credit is more or less the amount of an annual access, which they admitted they made a mistake, they kept on saying there are no refunds. After requesting this to be escalated multiple times this eventually got escalated to the CEO. The CEO sent me a link to the cancellation policy that that he hopes this clears things up. He also mentioned that my money has already been spent and is unavailable for a refund. I replied asking if they would consider a staggered refund approach as new members come on board. It is now the third business day without a reply.
