    This website, NightOut.com is utilizing deceptive and unethical (possibly illegal, I don't know) business practices. The website sells tickets to shows, concerts and events. When you select a ticket you would like to purchase, it takes you to the checkout page of their website. The checkout page shows a subtotal price for the tickets. The checkout page DOES NOT give a price breakdown with included HIDDEN fees such as a service charge and delivery fee. When you click place order you are emailed a receipt for a different price than the one you thought you were paying. $50+ more than the price you expected to pay. At no point in the checkout process does the website indicate there are any extra fees. I want to know if this is illegal. I know websites like Stubhub or Vivid Seats or Ticketmaster disclose that there are additional fees. That is why I used this particular website in the first place. Due to the fact that I did not see that there were any additional fees! They did not even include these added fees in tiny small print, they just didn't indicate anywhere that the customer would be charged extra money for fees they did not agree to. I am upset because I was charged an additional $50.00 for tickets. I have also not received the tickets I paid for. I contacted customer service and they told me that because I clicked agree to "all sales are final" they cannot give me a refund. They are basically saying they could have charged me a $1000 service charge and because I clicked I agree that all sales are final then I have no recourse after being SCAMMED.

    On Jan 3 2024, I bought a ticket for a concert from this website. The website intentionally leads me to the payment page, without letting me know the total money I need to pay. I only know how much I need to pay after paypal sent me the bill.
    The website intentionally lead me to pay for the ticket almost 4 times higher than the original price, and I only got to know the true value of the ticket price before the show after I received the ticket. I read the terms and conditions that it says its impossible to get a refund and I cannot contact any of costumer service from the nightout.com. Their argument is that it's normal to pay higher value. However, The point is that they intentionally did not allow me to know how much more money I actually paid when I buy the ticket and Does not explicitly write that it's non-refundable when I buy the ticket. I request a refund of 210-60=150 dollars from this website.

    For order 58892488 — I got there and they said the tickets were invalid. Ridiculous. Please refund me. I traveled here for no reason man.
