    Ojai Athletic Club refused to make accommodations to leave a lane open of pool for my physical therapy. While I understand renovations must happen there was zero attempt or interest in helping to accommodate by their management aside from recommending I come at a different time which isn’t possible for my schedule. Upon refusing to consider creative ways to provide access I asked for some type of reimbursement as I can’t use the service and they refused this as well. Additionally, there was zero acknowledgement when was publicly confronted by a coach in front of his students to leave the pool when there weren’t any signs when I was just trying to rehabilitate my shoulder in the shallow end of pool. Awful service.
