    Some of the most exceptional products available are accompanied by exceptional customer service. They are quick, simple, and user-friendly. I consistently receive compliments on the products. I particularly purchased the Apple bands for my watch and am delighted with them because my service was always available to address any questions or concerns I may have had. I highly recommend them..

    Yes, I have had issues with some of their products but their customer support is second to none! For the most part their quality is top notch but if you have an issue they will make it right.
    They respond within hours and always follow up.

    I think that Nomad is a great company with an excellent customer satisfaction / service department. They are so good - they even protect me from myself!
    I bought a titanium 45MM apple watch band and lost the tool for remove ore replace a link (to size it correctly for my wrist size). I wrote to ask if the would sell me a new one.
    Nomad declined my purchase inquiry and sent me a replacement tool with spare links and pins.
    They are the best!

    I ordered a new limited edition case and sports band for my iPhone and Apple Watch and have not received it. It was last received at a FedEx location with no update in movement in over a week. I contacted FedEx, as Nomad Goods suggest on their site, and a case was opened. The case manager assigned to my shipment had no luck in getting any response about the status of my shipment and told me to contact Nomad about processing a refund because it's not looking like I'll be getting my item since it's been nearly two weeks. You can only email Nomad, they have no way of contact by phone. It's very inconvenient to have wasted my time, money, and other resources just to end up out of money and with none of the products I've paid for.
    I wouldn't recommend ordering their products directly from them -- go to a retailer like Best Buy or just avoid them because they don't have the resources necessary to handle errors and disputes in a timely manner.

    The iPhone case I ordered was supposed to be MagSafe, but my Apple wallet does not stick to it appropriately. I reached out to customer service many times with zero response. I’m very frustrated and could never recommend this company.
