    My engagement with SB Evolution Landscape for irrigation system repair was deeply unsatisfactory. The company's practices resulted in excessive charges for work that failed to resolve the core issues.
    Despite paying for an inspection ($200 for essentially no reason other than a superficial visit and chat), drip line repairs ($240 for replacing a few cables), and a controller replacement ($370), my irrigation system problems remain. The service visits were inefficient, with technicians at times arriving ill-equipped and causing unnecessary disruption to my property without making progress.
    When I questioned the lack of results and high costs, my concerns were met with dismissive (but polite) responses that failed to acknowledge the poor value and incomplete work. The final quote of $645 to replace a single valve—a price significantly above market rate—confirmed my belief that the company's billing practices are unreasonable.
    I am lodging this complaint due to what I perceive as inflated pricing, a failure to deliver a working solution, and unprofessional communication. I would advise extreme caution to any potential customers.
