    They’re do business as ID Secure as I canceled this service after one day realizing there are no lawyers only a website and then a bunch of numbers anyone can find on Google. Then I was charged by another company stating this company signed me up. I had to cancel my card because this is definitely a scam company. I’m filing a police report and contacting consumer affairs as well.

All fees and billing terms were disclosed prior to the customer providing his/her credit or debit card for billing. The customer was also informed that he/she could cancel service at any time, for any reason, with no future billing, via telephone, email or text message.


    Please note that we have no record of the customer contacting us to cancel service or request a refund from the customer, other than this complaint.

    Customer satisfaction is very important to us and based on this complaint, we have canceled the service and issued a full refund of any and all charges to the customer’s credit or debit card. We apologize for any misunderstanding or inconvenience this may have caused.

    I first paid 1.99 to get a list of pro Bono lawyers. Never agreed to a membership. They proceeded to charge 19.99 to my card. I am a senior on disability going through a very difficult and dangerous child custody case of my granddaughter. These people are scammers. I just want my money back

    I called for a per bono lawyer. They said they would need $1.99 for access to lawyers. They told me I would get free coupons but said I didn't want them. Told them not to bill for any further services on the phone. They said they would charge me $19.98 per month. I had 7 days trial. How can I make sure they don't charge me any further funds.

    I contacted this service online through Google. It said I would only be charged 1.90 to contact an individual who could answer a question for me.
    When I called the number, the individual said he couldn't help me. He referred me back to the original contact which gave me phone numbers that never answered the phone.
    Next thing I know, I'm being charged 19.90 on my bank card by this company. My bank disputed it. But they continue reccuring my account every month.
    I finally spoke to an individual today and he said I purchased a membership. I never agreed to a membership. I agreed to 1.90 for a one time listing, which never even offered any kind of my information. All they said was that they couldn't help me with my question.
    I never agreed to a membership. It was not even suggested to me. They are billing me for a non-existent product. It's Fraud.
    I want my money returned.
