We are a group practice with multiple clinicians serving the Santa Barbara, California area. We value in person therapy and the option of remote therapy. We provide psychotherapy services to meet your needs.

From Jill: Weekly psychotherapy is a place and time for you to unravel some of the issues in your life in order to create more harmony, success, and happiness. I work with individuals ages 7-75, couples, and families that are looking for tools and support to reduce symptoms that impact their life. From a trauma informed lens, I teach resources including EFT Tapping, use of Flower Essences, and Mindfulness based techniques.

From Crystal: Feeling stuck, imbalanced, or unsatisfied in life? We all find ourselves on a difficult path at some point, but we don't need to walk that path alone. I believe feelings of dissatisfaction, confusion, anger, sadness, worry, etc. stem from deeper layers of pain and suffering. When we peel back and examine these layers, gather a better understanding of ourselves and the world around us, nurture self-compassion, & integrate practical coping skills that's when the real magic happens and we start to shine our brightest. I am here to work with you as a collaborative partner on your healing journey.

I work from a supportive, transpersonal lens to help you nurture and foster a more loving relationship with yourself which also radiates out to others. I focus on providing a person-centered, somatic-based approach to individuals and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction recovery, codependency, spirituality, and more.

I strive to create a non-judgmental, caring, and co-regulated space to help you feel safe to explore how you show up for yourself and in relation to others.
