    Customer spoke with G******, Manager from SB store about the delivery. Reported that both delivery males; one male wore a green shirt and black shorts with a baseball cap on backwards and other male wore a black hoodie with the hood up NO MASK - NO GLOVES - NO BOOTIES. The customer reported having to provide new N95 hospital issue masks to both young delivery males and having to have them remove their shoes. The dark-haired male with the baseball cap mocked and sassily repeated her words of “shame on you” to the customer when she saw him out her 2nd story window and asked if he had a KN95 or N95 mask with him. She pointed out to him that it was documented on his delivery paperwork “guys pls wear N95 mask and white foot covers.” Garrett was into customer blaming. He stated that it was my fault and he refused to acknowledge or apologize for this horrible customer experience. He stated we were required to provide all protective gear. He became even ruder when the customer noted that the purchase order and delivery paperwork documented the requested N95 masks and protective booties for white carpet protection. The mattress is white and the deliverers did not wear nor bring protective gloves. Also, customer repeatedly stated during this in-store purchase that they would be delivering to a respiratory high health-risk household. No respect was demonstrated by deliverers nor the sales manager to a disabled household.
