    I made a purchase of software through Bright Market, LLC dba FastSpring. *** ****** **., Santa Barbara, CA 93101. They are agents for a company named Audinate. FastSpring emailed me a serial number with my purchase that did NOT WORK and this purchased software would not load the necessary driver to make it functional. FastSpring told me to deal with Audinate for a refund. I sent screen grabs depicting that this software was not working. Audinate stated there system indicated that the serial number was activated which was clearly NOT THE CASE and refused to make a refund of my $ 49.99. Audinate appears to be an organization hiding behind a web wall. Their website has no corporate information listed, physical address or even a phone number. I asked FastSpring for this information since they charged my Amex and are agents for Audinate and pass on the collected funds to them. FastSpring totally ignored my request. This has been a very frustrating experience.

    I got a charge on my credit card from this company and I never have heard of them before in my life! They charged me at 2 am in the morning hoping i would not be up, but I work overnight and My card has no balance anyway! I immediately called my bank and reported them for fraud. I NEVER use my credit card for anything so how these people have my number is insane. To top it all off, the BBB posted a number that leads you to a LOOPING voicemail saying if you found a charge in your CREDIT card then visit a website NOT LISTED anywhere on the internet. Im disappointed in BBB that they DID NOT NOTICE THIS.

    As you mentioned, your payment method could not be authorized due to lack of sufficient balance.  Therefore, there has been no charge.

    The company charged 224.90 once in 7/25/2021 and once aging on 7/15/2022 on my card. I did not buy anything from this or any other company on these dates for this specific amount. It does not say what these were for either. I did not see the first charge last year but I have filed a dispute w/ my card for both of these transactions.

    Fastspring company takes your payment never delivers serial number to activate software product...completely useless waste of time and money. Complained to Paypal but fastspring.com company not only employs bad actors, they have a company wide culture of organized crime. No good faith business with this entity. It's corrupt from start to finish, IMHO get a bulldozer over to Santa Barbara, California bull doze this fake company to the ground and start over.

    I'm sorry to hear that you did not receive the expected product delivery.  I have searched our database for any orders under your name or email address and can not find any history for either.

    I'm happy to further assist you. If you would supply the date and amount of the transaction with the last 4 digits of the charge card that was billed, this will aid in my search.  Also, if there is another name and email address which you used for your order, please provide this informaiton.
