    I have a mystery charge from FastSpring on my paypal. How did they get my info? I cannot find a way to contact them. I dont know who they are. Will now dispute the charge thru paypal, but worried they will phantom charge me again, so will also cancel my credit card.

    There is no working customer support email address, despite the reference to it in some listed replies to customer comments. A product I purchased via them from ON1 photo software has not shown up in my ON1 account after a week yet. I have not been able to reach FastSpring. wtf!!! what a ripoff!!! I am canceling my Ppal w/them

    I understand that they are an intermediary, but in a situation like this, there should be a way to contact them.

    Regarding the recent order you mentioned, it appears that it was set up using a different email address than the one ending in "@aol.com". However, I have taken the necessary steps to edit the email address to the correct one, which is ************@gmail.com. I have resent the order details to this email address.     I purchased a defective product through Audfree and have been refused a customer refund. I asked for a refund within 24 hours as the product was clearly defective and crashed my system (windows 10). I have found the customer service department to be unprofessional. Please do not purchase through this company. I've never written a review on BBB but am because I feel I got scammed.
