      I returned Miracle Blades knives to the Canadian warehouse but the return label on the package had a different address and Canada Post lost the package. At least the American head company let me know that they will not charge me back (they already refunded me) but what a mess!

      This is a complaint about the local company used by Landmark in BC - Go/for. Eddie Bauer used incomplete address on package. Driver texted to let me know package on its way followed by text to say it was being returned to sender as undeliverable. All he had to do was text or phone for correct address or text with a pickup location. Waited 2 months for item. Maybe another 2 months for refund? Other couriers at least have pickup location. Go/for blamed Bauer policy. Bauer rep C******** said she would contact Go/for and ask for delivery to be completed. Obviously didn’t work.

      Tracking shows my package was delivered to them by UPS on Jan 5th, it is now Jan 25th. Zero updates after that and impossible to contact them. Package was supposed to be here in BC Canada a week ago according to the tracking info. Lack of any contact info online I'd say the business is either a scam or has been run into the ground but they're still accepting packages. Only working number I could find online to contact them was some random persons voicemail at the company and he never returned any of my calls. No email address or chat support or toll free number. Absolute scam company. Just look at the literally hundreds or thousands of 1 start review on TrustPilot going back to 2017. Why any other companies deal with them is beyond me. Amazon and other companies should have cut all ties with them years ago.

      I was just scammed of 68$ for a 239$ order of pants from ASOS. My last order of 108$ I was charged 11$ duty fee which makes sense but 68$ is insane. I have sent a complaint, I have called multiple times and it’s a answering machine that’s full and won’t accept any more messages. What kind of company operates like this with random non justified « duty fees » . I was basically charged 30% of the cost of the package. I am going to complain to Canada post and make an official complaint at the better business bureau and protection du consommateur here in Montreal Quebec. Somebody needs to stop these people from scamming us the customers!!!!! I wish I could give negative stars I’m so mad

      I was given 2 different “DELIVERED” dates for a parcel I still have not received and trying to contact customer service is a waste of time. My rating……minus 0!

      Landmark has had my parcel for 3 weeks now without any movement. I have emailed them, but no reply and their main line goes to a filled mailbox. They have no customer support Ecommerce vendors should not use this company due to their terrible logistics and customer service. It should be made mandatory for customer service companies to have such a support line to help customers with their needs. There needs to be a support organization that manages companies like this, so the customer is not taken advantage of. This is downright disgraceful

      They said that they were unable to help me and that I should contact the seller. They Landmark Global had sent me tracking information that my package had been received on August 3e 2022. I called numerous times and was pushed aside and hung up on. I would not now or ever recommend anyone use this company.
