      On Saturday, May 24, 2025 I attended a pool party at the K****** ****** and I valeted my car with Signature Parking. While my car was in their possession I received a flat tire. I have screenshots that show my car was accepted into their possession at 2:21 pm and my car's tire pressure dropped below the acceptable PSI at 2:24 pm (I have a 2023 Subaru)
      When I called for my car, I was then alerted that my car has a massive flat tire. This was not a pinhole leak that could have been driven on, but a massive hole that you could fit two fingers into. They had to wait for a technician to air my tire up before they could even bring it to the entrance/exit. The air was not even enough to get my tire to the exit and as my car sat in front of the hotel you could hear air loudly leaking from the tire from the other side of the vehicle. I had to call a tow in order to get home. (I have an electric vehicle with no spare tire).
      The attendant, Angel Olivares, was very kind and assumed responsibility. He comped our valet and gave us a claim sheet with his manager's information on it. The rest of the Signature Parking team has been very unprofessional. J*** **** and C**** ****** attempted to bully me out of filing the claim and the Director of Operations, L*** ****, forgot about my claim for weeks and then denied me, claiming that it was my fault and the flat tire must have occurred before I got to the hotel, but, as mentioned, this was a gash, not a nail hole, and we would have heard the air leaking out as they were doing the walk around before valet accepted my car.
      Signature Parking is unprofessional and has no customer service ability. I was never compensated for the damage they did to my car and I have plenty of evidence proving that they are at fault. I would never trust them with my vehicle in the future.
