    I am writing on behalf of a company I co-own, Eclectic Therapy Collective LLC. We began services with Ring Rx in Jan of 2023. We've had issues over the years of service, including random disruptions to the service, not getting voicemails and phone call notifications from patients in a timely fashion because of a delay in the app, lack of response from help requests, the app has been offline, and a latest text campaign registry issue that was poorly communicated to customers. In March 2025 we decided to stop service with the company. We called the phone number provided by the company which advised we complete the cancel request through their portal. We did this in March 2025, but were still charged and receiving service in April and now May of 2025. We followed up in both April and May with additional written emails and verbal voicemails to cancel our service without any response from the company and we are still being charged. We are requesting our service to be officially terminated and to be refunded for the months of April and May ($75 each month, $150 total).

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 23399651, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    I have received written email communication to confirm our account has now been canceled, along with an apology and satisfactory refund amount. I urge this company to work towards resolving consumer concerns more promptly as it feels somewhat disingenuous our complaints were only resolved once we left a negative review and contacted BBB- this should have been considered more carefully by the business during

    RingRx charged me for an account that was cancelled before the invoice I was charged for. I canceled my account because it was not fully functional despite following all requested and required information needed to complete texting. I waited 2 months for this to get resolved. However, as a company they did not respond to repeated attempts to call, email, and send support requests through their support portal regarding this issue. Now after finally giving up and canceling my account I was charged for a new month of service for dates after I cancelled. Only to find out that I submitted a form for cancellation that they do not say when or if it will ever be processed. When calling the phone number proved to talk to someone about canceling my account it answers and immediately hangs up. I am concerned I will continue to be charged for a service I have cancelled with no recourse since they will do not answer phone calls, return emails, or follow through on support requests. I believe RingRx is a scam.

    To be honest, I never saw an email related to this complaint.  We also do not see enough information in the complaint to identify a customer.  Im happy to resolve her dispute and refund any amount owed to her.  If you are able to reopen the case, I am happy to respond and provide a solution for her

    We had received direct correspondence from Ms L***** regarding her concerns and issued a refund promptly.  The attached credit note shows we refunded her disputed charge on 4/30/2025.  We regret we did not live up to our standards of customer service in this regard and wish her well on her endeavors.  If she still feels this issue has not been resolved satisfactorily, please have her let us know and we will investigate further to ensure concerns are fully resolved
