    I purchased Replacement filters through their website, since I ordered my home filter through them, the filters that came did not fit. I tried multiple times to reach them, when you call they advise you need to send an email that they seem to answer when the fee like it. They kept giving me solutions that made no sense time and time again. Regardless, I tried their multiple resolve over and over again. The item still leaked, and wobbles more than the initial filter that came with the product; whenever I placed the old item back the leaked stopped. I asked them to replace the defective item and they are not willing to do so. When asked if I can return the item, they are advising me they are deducting $45 for them to ship (the defective item to me), and I am responsible to pay to return the item. If the item worked we would have no issues because they have a nice filter system,but, if I am advising you the product is defective there duty should be to provide me a proper replacement. I ordered a replacement filter through another company and it worked perfectly and no leakage. They have no accountability and I should not have to pay for their defective product that I asked them to exchange.
