    On September 22, 2021, I hired Tanya Paye to be my month-of wedding coordinator (see Wedding Manager Contract). I paid Tanya $1,750 as a deposit on September 22, 2021 to secure her services (see Venmo Payment 1 9.22.21). Per our contract, Tanya was to meet with me 4 times between September 22, 2021 and my wedding date on August 21, 2022 over zoom for “planning sessions”. Additionally, Tanya was required to respond to emails from me within 72 hours throughout the planning process. Tanya was also supposed to attend a “final venue walkthrough”, a rehearsal, and our wedding to coordinate the event. On October 8, 2021, I had my first planning session with Tanya over zoom. The planning session went according to plan. Between October 8, 2021, and November 20, 2021, I did not hear from Tanya at all, despite sending her inquiries over email. On November 20, 2021, I received an email from a temporary assistant claiming Tanya had been hospitalized and that that was the reason for the communication delays (see Email re Medical Issues 11.20.21). On December 9, 2021 I received another urgent message from Tanya stating that not only was she in the hospital, but her phone and email had also been hacked and she was working on fixing the issue (see Email re Medical Issues and Hack 12.9.21). On December 10, 2021, Tanya sent another email claiming she was in the ER (see Email re Medical Issues 2 12.10.21). On January 19, 2022, Tanya sent an email claiming everything was back to normal (see Email re Back to Normal 1.19.22). On February 10, 2022, I had a planning session over the phone (not zoom as before) with Tanya. After that, she failed to respond to any contact efforts. I paid her in full per our contract but she did not show up for my wedding or provide any planning services.
