    I am rejecting this response because: I'm still owed for October, she is stating my last order is in September. From the beginning when the order was placed on October 3, 2022, I received my first order of wine in November. Which would leave my last order arriving in October 2023. She even stated the order was placed in October but was not shipped until November which means they are a month behind. 12 months is what was paid for and has not been received, by their account they are a month behind.

    I called T******* and we spoke about her account. She is the gift recipient of a prepaid 2 bottles, to ship monthly for 12 months. There was an email that was sent in error of an invoice but nothing was charged and I explained to T******* that anything ordered in addition to the prepaid membership would be additional money. I advised we owe her for Aug as this was damaged in transit and we also owe her for September and she thinks the orders started November 2022 so I am looking into this. We have received email correspondence and phone calls from her in the past - so our phones are in working order as is our email.

    She has not replied to this email and she has received all shipments except the Aug and Sept orders that I have already shipped out to her. We do not owe her any more orders - they have been shipped.

    I am rejecting this response because: It is 1 week later and I still have not received my order nor the tracking number for the order that was supposed to be place Friday September 22nd by Brittney, nor the order that was placed on August 30th. I have only received words of promise. I'm very disappointed.

    I got a charge on my credit card today from this company. I have never purchased anything with them. I even tryed to type in my email address and click forgot password. I have no account and my email address is not in their system. I sent them and email with no response. I have reported this charge to my credit card company. I will receive a fraudulent report from my credit card company and can send that in as well once received.
