    I recently made a purchase from this company, but when I received the items, one of them was broken. I reported the issue and was informed that I would be issued a refund and could either keep or donate the damaged item. I ended up donating one of the items to the Orangewood Foundation, but I never received the promised credit back. I was able to retain the broken chair and would now like to request the refund, and I'm happy to return the item if needed.

    I have a copy of the email confirming that I was supposed to receive a refund.

    The chair failed within 6 months of purchase. Website claims a lifetime warranty. I contact the company, they replied asking for a video of the issue. I sent the video. I just want either a replacement product or a refund. Doesn’t matter which one.

    I’ve ordered multiple orders by accident and I’ve tried contacting support multiple times to request a return for a refund. They’ve not responded to my reports whatsoever. I’ve ordered on April 9, multiple orders by accident. No response back.
