I purchased these accosting panels in early August of 2023. They were finally installed last week on 8/23/23. Since they have been putting off a toxic nauseous odor / fumes that has caused everyone in my family to have sore throats and headaches. I left outside doors open to air it out as well as run a heavy duty air purifier for 48 hours strait along with fans to try and deal with this toxic fume. I now have to have the same contractor I paid to install these panels to rip this all out which ha snow doubled my cost on this project. I have tried to contact this company 4 times with no response. I need to know what materials these panels are of and if it's harmful to my family. The packaging is not as advertised and only came in unmarked plastic with a UPC and made in ***** on it. It's also advertised as non toxic and odorless.

I bought their Fstop Labs Acoustic Foam Panels, 12" X 12" X 0.4" Acoustic Sound Absorbing Panel Tiles through Amazon. I also following their website instructions using "3M double-sided tape (not included) to the back of each soundproof wall panels and adhere in the desired position". I bought 7 boxes panels each box has 48 panels. Within 5 hours all the panels are off the wall. I spent $89.53 on 3M tapes, it's all wasted.

I email them about this problem, on 10/22/2022 email, David stated "we could actually offer you it for a refund of $89.53. Just to let you know, this is only for a one time offer of refund, this is for the tapes only". Please see file attached as 10112022.pdf. They agree to refund 3M tape - 89.53 back to me on 10/11/2022, but nothing from them anymore, no even an email back. This is not the correct way to treat your customer.

I would like them to keep their words to refund me $89.53 and be a honest company to consume.
