    On Tuesday 7/2/24 I went to the Brazil vs Columbia Copa America game order#**-42740/NCA; and myself as well as my party (6) experienced someone slashing/stabbing people in our section causing us leave our seats after 3 min, and the rest of our time was spent speaking to security (**** in our section, Supervisor ******* at guest services). We arrived at the stadium at 2pm to secure our prepaid spot in Red lot 1, only to find a 2.5 hour wait ahead of us to get into the parking lot. The organization of traffic into Red lot 1 was abysmal, I asked an attendant why they were allowing cars to cut in front got the response, "I can make it so you wait there all day." Even after reaching the parking lot with sufficient time to make the kickoff, the disorganization at the security lines caused us to arrive to our seats 5 minutes after the game started. To make matters worse, no one was checking seats at the top of our section, which led to us finding others in our seats. Within 10 minutes of sitting at our seats, we witnessed 4 fights, with multiple people falling multiple rows down into our seats, even hitting my niece in the face. The final fight we witnessed was 1 row behind us, and included a man flashing a knife at my party before running into a brawl that had multiple individuals running away ******. After witnessing this we left our seats and proceeded to guest services. When we reached the aisle there was blood all over the railing and stairs, and the security guard **** looked at my party and said, "I don't know what to do." Eventually I was able to get into contact with ******* at a guest services desk near the 123 section because guest services at section 101 did not seem to care about my concerns and said, "Oh **** will handle that." After speaking with ******* and hearing him respond with, "It's because we are short staffed for the holiday week" when asked how a knife got into the stadium, my party decided to leave the stadium to ensure our safety.

    Issues started when ************************* was assigned to my account. I believe he was assigned to my SBL account in December of 2022.Since then I have been OVERCHARGED, threaten with physical violence, complete unprofessionalism, avoiding my calls, misleading information, answering my calls while at a bar ordering alcoholic beverages and many other rude and unpleasant phone encounters with him. He has messed up over 17 accounts that I know of personally and no action as been don't to get matters resolved. I have made several attempts to reach management and if has fallen on deaf ears.I was advised by my legal representation to start here and see if can get an response from management before I move forward with the next steps.

    I attempted to resolve this via phone with 49ers and Levis's stadium customer service and they are not in a habit of responding to emails, but I was advised on the phone my issue will be resolved and to send them an email which I did on 10/4. Please process this escalation immediately for a refund or equal exchange in credit or comparable tickets for a future event.********I would like to escalate an issue we experienced during October 1st game (49ers vs Cardinals) at Levis Stadium.Please help resolve immediately.Description:Our family of 3, celebrating 25th anniversary, purchased verified resale tickets through your website for October 1st game. Receipts and details attached.We were seated in Section 105, in row 31. At the beginning of the 2nd quarter of the game, a very unruly, drunk and incoherent woman sitting behind us, became violently sick and barfed/vomited ALL OVER our seats causing a real toxic biohazard situation. Our clothes and belongings and SEATS had vomit all over it. It was everywhere! Our attempts to request clean up help from stadium staff resulted in zero response from staff. We asked THREE times and were told 'someone is on the way' but they never showed up. We were forced to leave our seats in the middle of second quarter and had to leave the game because NO ONE FROM STAFF CARED TO CLEAN UP THE **** OR FIND US ALTERNATIVE SEATS!Our day was ruined, our anniversary celebration was ruined, our clothes were ruined and we were mistreated by the stadium staff.This was a very costly event and given the circumstances we request reimbursement or another way to compensate (tickets to upcoming event or a credit).Please review attached receipts for details.This was a horrible and humiliating experience and no 49ers fans should be treated that way!Thank you for your supporting and addressing this matter .

    I bought a bottle of water at Levis stadium drink shop outside section 403 and 404. The bottle of water is 6 dollars. Plus tax is **** dollars. The cashier didnt show me the bill so I asked for the receipt, which threw him off. It turned out the cashier sneakily added around 2 dollars tip for himself without my consent. He didnt apologize when I caught him, instead trying to talk to the next customer. I insisted on getting the refund and reprocessing the right amount. So he did. Whats ridiculous is the second time he showed me the bill and later sneakily added 1 dollar tip for himself again without my consent. This is not about a bottled water any more, this is seriously a dishonest behavior and a fraudulent activity. I soon found out, and started talking to the store manager about this. The manager refused to apologize, refused refund the added tip that was not agreed by the customer, and covered up the dishonest employee as much as he could. After the talk with the store manager, things are no longer about a dishonest individual employee of Levis stadium, but escalated to a dishonest and fraudulent business from Levis stadium. I request Levis stadium 1) to refund the forced tip for the bottled water that was never agreed upon. 2) investigate the drink store business, which is conducting dishonest and fraudulent activities 3) investigate the hiring and training of your drink store employee and more importantly the store manager.
