    I spent a lot of money to purchase this Garavani rock studd handbag. I've only work it 3 times and there's some color defects showing where the studds are located on the side which shouldn't be happening for such a luxury handbag that I just bought in May 2024.

    I am writing to file a complaint against Valentino regarding a pair of defective flip-flops I purchased for $400. Given the high cost of these flip-flops, I expected them to be of superior quality and to have some form of warranty. I have been a long-term client of Valentino and have other pairs of the same flip-flops in different colors, none of which have shown any defects. I recently purchased a black pair three weeks ago from Nordstrom.I initially contacted Valentinos customer service via email. After several exchanges, I made an appointment at the ************** location, as confirmed by the attached screenshot, for 1 PM today. Upon my arrival, the visit lasted less than 45 seconds. The sales assistant, ******, did not ask for my name or confirm my appointment. She simply stated that the flip-flops were damaged due to exposure to the sun, which is not accurate. These flip-flops have not been exposed to the sun excessively, and I have never encountered this issue with any of my other Valentino flip-flops.I am seeking to have these defective flip-flops exchanged. Attached are photos showing the clear damage to the flip-flops.I hope that the Better Business Bureau can assist me in resolving this issue, as Valentinos customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive.     I placed an order with Valentino online on Nov 29, 2023 for 2 items as Christmas gift options for a family member. 1 item arrived timely but not what I was looking for. The 2nd item was delayed and lost at a shipping warehouse or weeks. The vendor offered no solution and rejected the idea to send a new one and have the original returned to sender, even though the item at this point would not even arrive in time. So, I placed a 2nd order on Dec 15, **************************************************************************** time for the trip to give for Christmas, as well as a pair of shoes for myself. Neither order arrived in time. Once I was back, I returned the bags that I was unable to get in time from both orders, neither having been taken out of the box due to their late arrival. The bag was accepted for 1 order, but the 2nd was rejected. I contacted the company again to go over all of this but they said there was nothing they could do because of a stain on the item and that it would be shipped back to me, forcing me to keep the item even though the item was returned never used and anything on the bag would have happened during their repossession of the item and I no longer needed it as I had to purchase another item for my gift due to the late arrivals. The team even has all the issues with shipping this item and it arriving too late in their system. Upon receiving the item, I wrote back to them again as there was no stain, merely a smudge that must have occurred when they were handling/unpackaging, and that I returned the item exactly as received since it arrived too late for me to gift. I sent back photos as well showing the item with no defects, the smudge easily wiped off. The team again said there was no option and was completely unhelpful, dismissive, and took no ownership of their issues. I had even brought it physically into a store where they said they don't understand why the return is being rejected but that they could not refund in store.
