    We have been struggling with service with this company for the last 5 years. We went to terminate the contract in 2021, but they said that we were roped into 3 year renewing contracts and we missed our cancellation deadline for alerting them of our desire to cancel. Now I went to cancel and terminate the contract and they said we missed the deadline again despite submitting a request for cancel in 2021. They have not been remotely open to discussing and are scamming customers into services that we arent using and trying to cancel because of this renewing contract despite written and verbal notice of a desire to cancel. I do not know where else to turn. We have been paying this provider $800 / month since 2017 without using any of their services since 2019 when we tried to cancel it. Surely, 2.5 years ago is enough notice for them to cancel the contract without penalty.

    Subject: Response to BBB Case #****** - Contract Cancellation Dispute

    Dear BBB,

    Thank you for bringing case #****** to our attention regarding the contract cancellation dispute involving Aesthetx and PanTerra Networks.

    Regarding Aesthetx's claims, we find it necessary to clarify certain points. Firstly, they have failed to provide documented proof of any prior cancellation requests. Our records indicate that the contract has been active, and services have been and continue to be utilized by Aesthetx up to the present time.

    Additionally, while we have been in communication with *************************, who has recently acquired Aesthetx, and have provided guidance on the necessary steps to terminate the contract, we have not received confirmation of the completion of the porting process. Despite our efforts to assist, services are still being utilized by Aesthetx.

    Furthermore, we would like to note that as of May 13th, we offered a gesture of goodwill to settle for three months of services, totaling $1948.20. The customer last responded to us on 05/13, thanking us for the response and indicating that she will go back with her team to discuss the buyout option.

    It's imperative to highlight that ************************* is not the original account owner of Aesthetx. Despite this change in ownership, the terms of the contract remain binding until proper cancellation procedures are followed.

    Given the lack of evidence supporting Aesthetx's claims and their failure to comply with the agreed-upon termination process, we are compelled to contest their assertions. We firmly maintain that the contract remains valid and enforceable.

    We appreciate the opportunity to provide clarification on this matter and stand ready to address any further inquiries.
