This company is either a scam or their legal department needs to do some major work. I received an email from someone using this company's email with regards to my resume listed on CareerBuilders. They provided an Employment Letter and a Code of Conduct document both with ServiceNow logo, address, phone CEO name. In reviewing these documents I realized both had been created using cut/paste for the logo and made a very good effort to have these documents appear legit. This is a scam trying to obtain financial information from people looking for a job. They use CareerBuilders and LinkedIn to find their victims. If this is indeed a valid corporation, you guy need to do some serious legal work to stop this from happening. Your reputation is being tarnished and people are falling prey to serious scammers. Do not accept any emails from this company. The phone number listed on this company does not take you to any live person, even through their automated phone directory lists a very large number of names and extensions. No one answers.

This is a trash. Cheaters and thieves! Their portal has a drop down to select what issues is. For example AC leaking. They will not respond so you need to call. 1 hour or so later. They will deny your request because its not on the contract. They will tell you that your AC that you know better than they do that they are not obligated to fix. I fulfilled all my contract obligations.

I have this used Mac which I have purchased a couple years ago, and it comes with a stupid "device enrollment" notification from ServiceNow that pops up every **** minutes and I can't figure out why or know how to get rid of it. I don't want them to take control of my personal computer and their obtuse website contact page is not geared towards non-customers and their comments box doesn't provide enough room for comments! Can you believe that?! Plus they won't offer to help my problem. Terrible business with virus like software that's literally unremovable once it infects your device. If I could this business gets zero stars.

When initially seeking to pursue the ServiceNow Systems Administrator certification I was led to purchasing a $300 on demand course materials handbook. After completing the course I was to be given the voucher to take the exam. It wasn't until after I completed the course I was prompted for ANOTHER $300 just for the voucher. Very shady business practices, instead of spacing out the $600 it should have been an all together fee showing no gray area.
