    bought a hyrion Smart LED Light Strips,50 ft WiFi LED Light,Sound Activated Color Changing with ***** and Google,Sync Music with Led Strip Lights for Bedroom for Living Room, Home Decor from ******. I have other led strips in my home using the tuya mobile ios app. When i try to add the new one scanning the ** code in the app it points me to a website that then reopens the tuya app. so its taking me in a circle rather than adding the light to the app.

    Purchased 2 cameras from Tuya and also purchased the cloud services. Installed both cameras and they wouldn't set up. Call customer service which is in another country, they literally yelled at me telling me the cameras need to be returned as they aren't working. I tried to cancel subscription and app wouldn't allow it. I deleted cameras off app and the subscription went away I assumed. I contacted customer service to ask for my refund on subscription and they said once you buy it they can't refund. This is a crime. I didn't get the service from them at all. Never had cameras working.
