Hi,I purchased two products from this company on Nov 25, 2024. It has been almost a month, and I still do not have the product or a concrete solution. I have been in contact with customer service, which has been vague and irresponsive. There is not number to call, just an email. The customer support representative is always giving me the run around despite my demands for the product purchased. I purchased a watch and it was not working the same day, in fact the same hour, it arrived. I emailed the company the same day, with no response for days, then a week later with no response many days later. They offer a money back guarantee but they are not responding to the only contact channel they have. They also offer a lifetime warranty but again they are not responding. Much like other complaints about this business, its surrounding transparency of "available" on hand inventory and delivery time. I ordered multiple items on Nov 26th, 2 were gifts for an upcoming event (hence why I picked and paid for 2-day shipping) which I have missed at this point, and would have bought something else if this company was clear and transparent on delivery and current inventory. I contacted customer service via email (no way to speak with an actual human). I did get response stating that one of the items I ordered was "pre-order" and claimed that it was clearly stated on their website....it's not. I also asked for them to confirm that they had the correct order to which I received no confirmation or acknowledgement to that very question. Then, I'm served a social media post saying that my item was in stock and to "buy now". I emailed customer service again with a screenshot of the post asking if my order would now be shipped. Two days later, no response and my order is still "preparing". 1st world problems?... yes. but it's the principle of truth and transparency in advertising, not to mention customer service. I'm a phone case junkie and have waited for cases in the past with no problem, but there was full discloser about inventory levels and delivery times from those companies. This is a prime example of less than transparent business practices teetering on deceptive and extremely poor customer service. I have zero confidence my items will ever arrive.Initial Complaint

On January 13, 2024, I purchased a wallet from Dango. This wallet was advertised as bulletproof and I noticed that the frame of the wallet was bent for no reason. I emailed the support team to inquire about their warranty that covers products that are defective. I have attached the email thread. They told me it wasnt bulletproof even though it was advertised as such. I want a new wallet because I paid almost $100 for their product because I believed their advertising.Initial Complaint

Order ******* Dango products. Cost,$109.50. Product ordered on 4/10/2024 sent email on 04/17/2024 as no updates or shipment status received. Same day I received an email my item was shipped **** **********************. However tracking for three days shows item received acceptance pending. **************** states the tracking number is just a pre shipment tracking number and the item will be shipped once available as they sold out. Yeah, thanks. I tried to explain to the representative that tracking shows item was received by **** but for some reason there is either some miscommunication, cognitive dissonance, or just plain incompetence. Ive ordered from Dango several times over the past few years and never had a problem except once with a pre order production delay which was resolved quickly but lately the customer service is severely lacking.Initial Complaint

Ordered an iPhone case with 2 day shipping. Did not receive case for a week and emailed twice. Finally seller told me the purchase was a preorder and that it would ship in another week. There was nothing on the website or in my email to suggest that this was a preorder. It was completely falsely represented. Finally got my phone case and put it on. I ordered a phone case from Dango they said the product would ship at the end of November and they gave me the date of November 29. I never got an update on **** so I emailed them and asked when are they shipping they said unfortunately they would be shipping out on December 4 December 4 came and went and they claimed they are working on printing labels and they would send them out. I ordered 2 wallets from Dango Products (dangoproducts.com) and after a couple of days I decided to return both. I mailed them back by **** mail and they were both delivered. I have tracking numbers stating they were delivered to Dango Products.2 wallets:1 was $79.00 and the other was $223.11 Dango Products refunded me $79.00 only, stating they never got the other wallet, which was $223.11 Despite adhering to the return guidelines and waiting for an appropriate amount of time, I have not received the refund for the returned wallet. I have contacted DANGO PRODUCTS customer service department multiple times via email, providing them with the return tracking details and seeking an update on the refund status. I ordered a wallet and a few other things from Dango Products 6 days ago and have yet to recieve any updates. The total was ****** and the payment was successful and has already been processed. We are sorry to hear this, we had been in contact with you to let you know that the USPS won't scan the tracking until either in your local post office or delivered which we do not have control over and let you know that if it is truly lost we will reship it. We checked tracking today and it shows as delivered today. The tracking had only updated today when it was closer to your local post office
