    Flores Electric was responsive, professional, and thorough. They originally did not have an available appointment until the next day, but made time for me once they understood the urgency of the situation. They diagnosed the problem, loaned us a long extension cord so the frig could stay on, and then came back the next day (a Saturday) to fix the problem. Highly recommend.

    Flores Electric is a very reliable and responsive company. When you call their phone number, an actual person picks up the phone and talks to you. If you happen to leave a voice-mail message, someone will definitely get back to you. In other words, they are accessible! They even send you email notices. ***************************** came to my home to check on the safety of my outlets, inside and outside the house and also explained some details about the circuit panel in my garage. He was thorough, professional, had wonderful PR skills, and explained everything to my understanding. I am also grateful that he showed up on the scheduled day of the appointment and even called me to let me know that he was running a little late...about 20 minutes. I recommend Flores Electric if you want good service, accessibility, honest answers and advice and very reasonable prices. It is family-owned, and they have BBB accreditation. What an outstanding company!
