    This company is very dishonest. My sewer line backed up. They came out and cleared the line. Since this was insurance related, we needed the bill broken down, which I expected would be done without a problem. They refused with some excuse about once it's submitted they can't change it. Then I asked them to tell me exactly how they came to the numbers they gave me. They sent me a crazy break down with inflated numbers then told me they gave me a discount. I asked them to tell me one amount for insurance purposes, the exact amount they are charging me with the "discount." They would not do that. I also told them they were charging me $66 for something they did not do (put in a way ring to reset the toilet). They wouldn't remove it. This is the most dishonest and shady business I have ever worked with. In the end, I paid them, overcharge and all because getting rid of this horrible company's aggravation they were inflicting upon me was worth it. I hope I can get some help in finding out the true prices that I paid for their work; however, I doubt they will ever tell their actual prices.

    We needed to have the water pump inside the toilet tank to be replaced as it was consistently leaking water. Two workers came out on the day of to inspect and fix the issue. That evening, my family and I noticed that the pump would still sometimes get stuck after flushing and would not stop filling the tank with water. A few days later, we see that the water tank's crack has gotten much worse and has been leaking the water in the tank rapidly. We immediately called EJ plumbing and the original workers came. When I asked them about liability, the workers said that this was entirely their fault as they must have caused some damage to the tank while repairing it 5 days ago. One of the worker repeatedly assured me that EJ Plumbing will take care of everything as it is their fault. However, their manager was unapologetic about the incident and adamant that this situation is in no way related to their service. He kept mentioning how much proof he has from pictures and how his many years of experience in this field would allow him to convince any third party that this is their liability. He refused to acknowledge the possibility that this is caused by their work, and he also straight up said that his worker should not have said what they said earlier about this being their fault. He kept insisting that we somehow broke the water tank and wanted to blame them for it, which is ridiculous as we are busy professionals and would not benefit from doing so. What's worse is that my insurance deductible is higher than the financial cost to fix the whole thing, so it is not worthwhile for me go that route. This kind of situation is exactly the worst nightmare when it comes to hiring any contractors, where they not only failed to fix the original issue, but cause much bigger damage and refuse to be accountable for the situation. If you're looking for a plumber, stay away from EJ Plumbing and their predatory practices, terrible customer experience, and shoddy worksmanship!

    I have never experienced such an arrogant plumber in my whole life!!! We had a leak in our office room and we called them. They sent ** ********** and did the work and said it was done & it won't leak again! We paid $1,800 for the service. But, less than an hour after they left, we tested it and the water dripped again. So, we called *********** sent another 2 men. One was a 10 year experience and the supervisor. He said it was not leaking & wanted to leave after just 5 mins. So, I asked him to stay a little bit & we'll continue to test it. He said to just call them again if it leaks. So, I said no, we've already paid. My request is for him to stay & check again. But, he insisted to go so I said I'll call his office. He got so angry and yelled at his companion "Vamonos". Then he told me" you make me happy & I'll make you happy." I said really! I'm the customer and instead of you making us happy with your work, I, the customer should make you happy so you'll do your job well? Then it leaked right ********* said, you see, it still leaks! The first 2 they sent didn't do a good job while the next one they sent was so arrogant and never even apologized. Is this how this company train their people? Instead of the customer is always right & the customer should be happy. The plumber should be happy in order for him to do his job!!! Unbelievable, this is the worst customer service I have encountered!!! I will never ever recommend this company. They have the most disrespectful and arrogant employees!!! Not even worth 1 star! For me, this company is 0 star!!!
