  When I bought a fixer-upper with the intention to flip it, I interviewed five contractors and ultimately chose **** because of his clear communication and professionalism. The scope of the job included new plumbing, electrical upgrades with a new panel, a new roof, drywall, modern bathrooms and kitchen, flooring, windows, and lighting. The estimate was thorough and broken down into stages, which gave us full transparency. The quality of work was phenomenal, and Ill absolutely work with OCA Builders again.

  As a long-time Los Gatos resident who's gone through several remodeling projects, I can confidently say **** is the best contractor Ive ever worked with. My bathroom remodel was taken down to the studs and rebuilt in just four weeks.   Weve had the pleasure of working with **** and the team at OCA Builders on multiple renovation projects over the last few years, and we wouldnt trust anyone else with our home. They first remodeled our bathroom in 2020, delivering exceptional results with impressive efficiencyit was completed in just four weeks and turned out absolutely beautiful. Because of that experience, we brought them back in 2022 for a major kitchen remodel along with other upgrades including lighting, custom closet doors, and a full electrical overhaul. The kitchen came out stunning and was finished in only eight weeks despite the added scope of work.
