      I had a consistently frustrating and disappointing experience with GLS.Across multiple failed delivery attempts, there was no clarity, consistency, or accountability. Every time I emailed, a different person responded and it was clear they hadnt read the full context of my situation. I received repetitive, copy-paste replies with no resolution, no real answers, and no ownership of what went wrong.Despite providing detailed delivery instructions, contact info, and backup options, GLS failed to deliver the package multiple times. No one called, no one used the buzzer system, and there was no attempt to access my building yet the tracking falsely claimed I had refused the package. I was home and available every single time.When I finally received the package, the buzzer rang after tracking had already marked it as refused showing how inaccurate and misleading their system is. The live map even displayed the wrong address, despite me clearly providing the correct one.Other delivery services have had no problem with this same address. GLS, on the other hand, ignored my concerns, failed to take responsibility, and made no attempt to waive fees or acknowledge the multiple failed attempts they caused. It was a mess from start to finish, and they didnt once try to make it right.I strongly recommend avoiding GLS for any deliveries.

      If I could leave no starts I would. GLS is by far the worst shipping service Ive ever experienced and come from a background in domestic shipping. *** failed to contact me for a deliver requiring adult signature, I then called GLS to reschedule the deliver for the following day where I was given 3 delivery window options, I chose the 8am-12pm deliver window and by 12:30pm the package still wasnt delivered nor did I receive a notification. I called them back and the *** stated that the package has not been tendered out for delivery, even after speaking to this CSR the day prior and confirming the 8am-12pm delivery window. GLS was aunable to provide ant additional status updates on the package or figure out where it even is.

      Their drivers are breaking FEDERAL laws by signing for packages they are delivering. The products I ordered are to be signed by a person 21 years or older who resides at the residence. This could have gotten in the hands of a minor. I have proof that their drivers are signing on my behalf and delivering it to my mailbox which is illegal. I will be reporting this to the authorities.

      Over a week late (so far) on my package. *** has lied about delivery attempts and even said that there was no adult available to sign to a business where the manager on duty is always available and over the age of 21.

      My package was delivered at 11:13pm, when no one was wake AND forged a signature.... I found my stuff at the front steps at 4am. ******

      If it were possible to leave less than 1 star I would. I could write my whole experience here, but I see that many others experienced the same thing I did. If you can avoid using them, please at all cost! My package was lost TWICE with them!

      I am so overwhelmed and frustrated with this lousy company! Yesterday I was told they couldn't deliver due to "Road Closure" there was NO ROAD CLOSURE!!! Today I was told my packages were being rerouted to the "correct address" they changed it to an INCORRECT ADDRESS. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they won't have a supervisor available for several hours. I received repeated emails with wrong information including the WRONG NAME, WRONG ADDRESS, Dishonest reasons (first ROAD CLOSURE then "Operational Issues"). I have NEVER ONCE received a package from them without lots of complications and an incredible amount of time wasted :( This is horrible and getting worse.

      I was going to write a scathing review but it looks like everyone else already has. My experiance.is about the same. I would like to add that a man in a beat.up white van that looks like it should be in a junkyard is not.a professional service. Also there are people in the world who are home bound due.to disabilities and rely heavily on deliveries. I am one of those people. Your lack of professionalism and general customer concern is appalling and you guys should not be in business. In fact just throw in the towel period. You probably couldn't figure out how to clean up p*** and if you could it would probably be done half.assed like the way you do everything else.

      I've had a few vendors ship things to me with GLS. With maybe one exception, all have been significantly late. Significant as in weeks. In one case, their customer service did a trace and declared the shipment was lost, only to have it show up unannounced three days later.I am currently waiting for a shipment from ********* that they picked up on February 1st. Today is February 17th. By contrast, ***** picked up a similar shipment from Napa on February 12th and delivered it February 15th.GLS makes the **** look like a model of efficiency. The people are generally pleasant to deal with and try to be helpful, but they simply can not deliver shipments in anything resembling a reasonable time. I am surprised they remain in business.I have informed the vendors that I deal with that if they use GLS to ship items to me, our business relationship will be terminated.

      Had a package that required signature, the driver arrived sat in front of my house in his van for a minute and drove off, I checked tracking and it said attempted delivery. I sat on customer service for an hour finally got a hold of someone and told me I could pick the package up at the depot, I go to the depot and no one is there Ive tried contacting customer service for over 2 hours and havent received any help whatsoever. Awful company I have no idea how they are still in business. Please save yourself the headache and use another company.
