    On July 4th, 2022, I placed an order for an AV cabinet through ************. I later upgraded the shipment to room of choice with debris removal; this involved handing off the freight shipment to another company once it arrived ************** The company contracted to do this was the Beltmann Group, who arranged for **** to provide the final delivery. They received the shipment on August 9th, 2022. On August 10th, 2022, I was contacted by a ***** ****** to schedule delivery for the following week. On August 17th, the shipment arrived damaged; I refused delivery as the delivery personnel did not want to wait for me to attempt to contact the vendor for guidance. I emailed pictures of the damage and a copy of the delivery form to the vendor. The following day (8/18/22), the vendor contacted me to let me know that the cabinet was fairly modular, and the manufacturer could drop ship me replacement parts if I accepted re-delivery. I agreed to this, and he later told me the delivery company had agreed to re-deliver, and I would be contacted within the next week. It has been just over three weeks since then, and I have left 3-4 voice mails with Mr. ******* requesting a status update, and have been ignored. I have had no contact at all from them, no delivery date or status update of any kind, and the vendor has expressed that they have had similar issues getting in contact with them. This is an expensive piece of furniture, and I would like some sort of assurance that the cabinet has not been further damaged, lost or stolen, as well as an actual date where the company will meet their commitment to deliver this item.

    I met with ************ and he was not aware of messages being left. ******** did reach out to customer on Friday 9/9/22 and delivery is scheduled for Tuesday 9/13/22.

    I would suggest, then, that Mr. ****** either more proactively monitor his inbox, or consider a diet and exercise regimen designed to improve his short term recall. Messages were left on 8/23/22 at 12:33PM, 8/25/22 at 11:53AM, and 8/29/22 at 2:50PM, all of which included my name, contact number, and the reference number for this shipment, a number that I received from Mr. ****** personally at the time of initial scheduling on 8/10/22.

    ******** did reach out to me and arranged delivery for the 13th. Beltmann/**** were tasked by the vendor with performing an inspection of the cabinet, to insure no further damage prior to re-delivery. It is my understanding that they provided pictures to the vendor for verification before re-delivery was authorized. The cabinet arrived with further damage, that must have occurred while this company was busy not returning my calls. I was contacted by the delivery personnel at 7AM this morning, prior to delivery, to advise me of the additional damage. This is damage that was not present at the time of initial delivery on 8/17/2022.
