      Son bought roses from Venus et Fleur for my wife's birthday.beautiful when they arrived.months later flowers started to unravel and flowers faded.they were expensive and when I notified the company they it could happen and there was nothing they could do.the ad says they could last 3 years.they refused to do anything.they turned a happy surprise into a horrible experience.do not deal with this company.

      After taking a look into this, unfortunately, it has been over 6 months since the arrangement was received. Due to the time frame and the type of effect on the roses, we are unable to provide a replacement or a refund. It is normal for the roses to change slightly in color especially as it gets closer to the year mark, but this can be a process that is quickly sped up when the arrangement is left in sunlight or a warm environment. Seeing as it has been six months since it has been received, we are not able to provide a replacement because it is possible that the care instructions were not followed as directed. On our website we do state that our roses do live for one year and not three. We sincerely apologize again for any inconvenience.

      Warning! Do not shop here! They take what was supposed to be a lovely and easy experience to send a classy flower arrangement that someone you care about and botch it up every single step of the way! First, on Thursday, I placed my order online, selecting the color of flower, the type of box and the message that I wanted included on a card. I ordered delivery in 1-3 BUSINESS days because it was going to a colleague in an office that it not open on weekends. The order was confirmed via email. Next, on Friday afternoon, I was contacted by phone to advise me that the color flower I selected was no longer available. With a customer rep waiting online, I had to log into the website, select a new colored flower, a new box and re-dictate the card because the customer rep indicated that she had no record of a card to include. Then the rep confirmed the arrangement would be delivered Monday or Tuesday. I did not receive an updated email confirmation. Then, on Saturday morning, I got an email notice indicating that delivery was going to be made on a SATURDAY. My delivery cannot be made on a Saturday because the business to which I ordered the delivery to be delivered is closed on Weekends and I was assured a weekend delivery. Now UPS SHIPPING has the very expensive flowers on Saturday, Sunday and Monday until they retry to deliver. Do you think UPS is taking care of the flower arrangement or more likely the arrangement is just sitting there in the heat in some warehouse with a bunch of brown boxes??, My latest concern is what the quality of the flowers will be like if it needs to wait to be re-delivered on Monday. This experience has been time consuming and a unpleasant. I do NOT want my work colleague to get a crappy flower arrangement for the money I paid - and even worse I dread the thought of asking her to take pics of the crappy flowers to send to this unprofessional place to get a refund. Warning! Do not shop here!

      We are sincerely sorry for the out of stock color. Unfortunately, it was an unforeseen out of stock, and when this happens we try to make sure our reps are reaching out and getting a response in a timely manner so your arrangement can be delivered within your time window. We completely understand your frustration with the Saturday delivery option and we apologize for this as well. This could have been a result of our team trying to offer a faster delivery option for you since you had already faced an inconvenience with an out of stock rose color. They know that if this was a business, UPS would not have delivered and rescheduled for Monday or Tuesday. In order to have it delivered one of those days, our team would have likely shipped it ground on Friday to arrive the following week, meaning that the time the package would have spent with UPS would have likely been the same. We ship worldwide, and package our arrangements in a very particular way to ensure that they are secure. There are often times that our arrangements can be in transit for 7-10 days and still not lose their quality since they are intended to live for at least one year. If there are any issues with the arrangement, please send images as we are more than willing to assist you in resolving any issues!
