    I purchased a 36" two door outdoor refrigerator, purchased in June 2022. This is installed outside, but well covered from direct weather. I paid a premium price of $2,655 for this fridge because its designed for the outdoor elements. After 1 year it has rust spots covering both doors. This is not the quality that was promised. They state in the warranty that materials is covered for 2-year. When i asked for warranty support, they simply say No, this will not be covered. They wont say why, they just refuse to honor their guarantee. They then accused me of putting something on the fridge, which is an absolute lie. I simply want a replacement product or a full refund. This was a very expensive product and the product clearly failed well before the warranty.

    Per our communication with the customer we have concluded that the "rust" spots were caused by an external substance and or elements, delayed cleaning may have caused the doors to be permanently damaged.

    The product has not failed, the cooler is in working condition and the door is made of 304 stainless steel. We understand that "stainless steel" does not mean the product will not rust but if it is not maintained properly it maybe susceptible to rust.

    We have offered a resolution to the customer in an attempt to rectify the issue as we do stand by our product and our customers.
