      This place is an absolute scam! Gentleman named ***** working there claiming hes the only one there yet he walks into back room talking to another employee then comes back always saying its not repairable and then just shooting high price numbers at customers. He tried selling me a vacuum battery and claimed it was brand new yet didnt work, told me I needed to charge it. Didnt come with box or anything and it looked used. So I asked for my money back then told me he needed a managers approval and made me wait 1 hour, he took my receipt and took the machine, then finally ***** told me it would take weeks to get a refund. He gave me my old machine back and kept my receipt then I never got my refund. Meanwhile during that hour I watched ***** scam tons of people. Always nervous and playing the same scam to people talking them that snot repairable and then giving customers high price replacements. ********************** should be ashamed of this customer **********************. Also no one answers the phones there. I had to drive an hour to get there and then wait an hour. Meanwhile everyone in lobby said same thing that no one bothers to answer the phone. I will not be buying anymore Dyson products now that I know this is how they handle things by letting someone lie and scam. Hopefully someone comes to investigate this business and catch ***** in his scams!
